The experience we have

I’m a mother of two kids (4-year-old Stas and 2-year-old Sophie) . I am very pleased with the creation of the project Healthy Preschooler, because I believe that natural food has a huge impact on the development of children and strengthen their resilience.

I am an advocate of natural supplements, but every day I experience how difficult it is to introduce a completely natural food for home cooking. I realize that in the beginning it can be a challenge for many a mom. I decided to make changes in small steps, but with perseverance . Do not be discouraged by failures, just looking for a simple solution to an evolutionary bring my cooking to a more „natural toboggan.”

The first stage of change is the elimination of unhealthy products, the other – the introduction of natural, more nutritious „replacements”.

Healthy Preschooler in practice

Our nursery has been accepted into the program „Healthy Preschooler” in October 2011. We are committed to cook better, healthier, more preferably for children. The „Healthy Preschooler” implement in kindergarten for four months. The beginnings were not easy, of course. Children wary of news, did not want to try the hummus, millet, buckwheat, and even pumpkin soup, which was gorgeous, golden color.

Not only do children eat healthily . Our advice pedagogical tradition has become a break for a healthy snack, such as millet with roasted apples. This snack gives energy to continue to work and thought-provoking better than coffee. Healthy food, we also offer our guests an annual charity „Star for a pet.” One of the highlights of the festival is always a sweet cafe with healthy homemade pastries.

The „Healthy Preschooler” brought to our nursery lot of good. Constantly improving our regulations. Healthy nutrition of children is our mission. We hope that more will join the kindergarten program and will diligently carries out its objectives.

The challenges and plans?

We plan to remain intimate company, cares primarily about quality and ecology. We will improve our menu and strive consistently to the green side. We are willing to cooperate with institutions oriented to the natural nutrition of children, we are also ready to introduce the option of a vegetarian diet for children.
